Hi guys today again I'm going to talk about scheduling. But today I want to mention the importance of scheduling. So let's remember the meaning of scjeduling. So what is a schedule? Schedule is a plan that lists down your activities to help you prioritize your time and achieve your goals. In a business context, a schedule outlines an employee’s work days and times. It includes information like working hours and shifts, employee names, and duties or responsibilities for that period. And you can do scheduling whenever you want for example you can use digital or pyschical document to write down your schedule. 

 And today I want to talk about why scheduling is so important and what are the benefits of it. Here are the reasons why it is so important:

If you didn't do something important you can feel rushed and because of rushing you will overlook to mistakes scheduling will help you to avoid mistakes




2)MANAGİNG WORK
Making a schedule also enables us to take on jobs that we are capable of handling. Otherwise, we risk having a full plate, which causes more stress and frustration.


3) ACCOUNTABILITY
Work schedules make sure that everyone on the team is given the appropriate responsibilities and amounts of time to guarantee equality. The team may be certain that there is no prejudice in the assignment of shifts or tasks thanks to clear work schedules.



4)CATCHING DEADLINES
When providing for your clients and keeping positive customer relationships, time is money. When deadlines are frequently missed or leads are lost, scheduled tasks might increase productivity.



5) BEING MORE CALM
